Shipping & Delivery

Holidays: Closed *Please check in with us if you are ordering near a holiday as shipping companies tend to be closed a few days prior or after the holiday & may affect shipping times. info@umshop.ca

There is no shipping over the weekends 

Expected Delivery Hours: Anywhere from 10:00am-11:00pm EST.

Your order may take longer due to higher than normal order volumes

Local delivery (GTA): if you place your order on Thursday after 5pm, that your order may not arrive until that following Monday or Tuesday.

Canada Wide Shipping: orders placed after 5pm on Thursday to 9am on Friday will be picked up by couriers on Friday. Orders placed after 9am on Friday will be picked by couriers on Monday or Tuesday.

Flash Friday or any other free shipping offer will only be offered in Standard shipping. Express or Expedited shipping is available at request for extra fees, please contact us at info@umshop.ca.

Only Canada Post will deliver to a PO Box.

Returns & Exchanges

Some exceptions may apply on a case-by-case basis – Please contact info@umshop.ca with your order number and concern to determine if your order is eligible for store-credit. Item must be not be open or used. We do not offer exchanges and refunds at this time for uneligible return orders.

There will be no return eligibility for Clearance or Final Sale Items.

If your order is eligible for return, it will be processed via store credit in the form of a U & Me Shop digital gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • We reserve the right to delay a refund until items are actually received based on credible concerns surrounding potential fraud.
– Lost, missing, wrong, or damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order. 
– Issues with faulty equipment or manufacturer errors must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. 

Manufacturer Damage
If you receive items from your online order that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact info@umshop.ca with your order number and a photo or video of the items. Our representative will assist you in resolving the issue.

Damage During Transit
We are not responsible for products damaged during transit. In such cases, you may need to contact the carrier directly with a photo or video of the damaged items. We can provide supporting evidence to the carrier to assist you with your claim.

Returned to sender or refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of a digital gift card minus the initial shipping charge. If you would would still like the parcel, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated.

An order may be returned to sender for one of the following reasons:

  1. An address is invalid or there is missing information,
  2. The carrier is unable to deliver your package, or
  3. The order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

Faq

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Standard shipping within Canada normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping is currently not available.
